Possibly: Correcting thyroid levels can regulate your period and make you more fertile. Currently, your thyroid level is normal. However, there are many other factors that relate to ovulation and conception. If you are trying to get pregnant, keep trying. If you don't want to get pregnant, you need to use contraception.

Probably: Regular menstrual cycles are a good sign that you are ovulating regularly. If you are ovulating regularly - you can time intercourse and have a higher chance of conceiving. You can try ovulation predictor kits to help timing. If you do not conceive within 3-6 months - consider seeking medical advice with a reproductive endocrinologist. Good luck!
