Possibly: Correcting thyroid levels can regulate your period and make you more fertile. Currently, your thyroid level is normal. Probably: Regular menstrual cycles are a good sign that you are ovulating regularly. If you are ovulating regularly - you can time intercourse and have a higher chance of conceiving. You can try ovulation predictor kits to help timing. If you do not conceive within 3-6 months - consider seeking medical advice with a reproductive endocrinologist. Good luck!
