No: If you didn't miss a pill you should be fine. Please know (as most women don't know this), that even taken perfectly, the birth control pill is only 96% effective. Meaning that of 100 women taking birth control perfectly over the course of a year, 4 of them will get pregnant. If getting pregnant would be devastating, then always consider using 2 methods as well. Hope that helps!
