Need to see your dr: While it could be other things (including ovarian cysts), if you are pregnant after a tubal, there is a high risk of ectopic pregnancy, which can be life-threatening.

Rule out ectopic: When was your last menses? If it has been over a month it could be an ectopic pregnancy, which eventually develops pain and bleeding. You want to make sure you don't have one of these before the pain and bleeding start--this can be life threatening. A vaginal ultrasound would rule this out, and would confirm pregnancy if present also.
