Common: Could be emotional. Could be physical. If you are a heavy smoker, that could be the problem. If you are a drinker or drug user, that could be the problem. Sometimes it can be due to other problems such as diabetes. Try taking an Aspirin everyday for a couple of weeks and if this doesn't work, you should see a physician and maybe try viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis which will help make the diagnosis.

Need eval: At 25 erectile dysfunction is more unusual. If you have had surgery or injury then your potential concerns are valid. However you need to have labs done and questioned carefully to clarify cause. I hesitate giving a "fix it" without knowing what the true problem is.
