Not in stool . . .: Yes, anything you take/swallow/whatever, eventually comes out, typically after breakdown in kidneys or liver. However, it depends upon drug's metabolic pathway to figure out which organ is doing what. If you're wondering about transit speed or how long it takes from swallowing to pooping, it again also depends upon patient's metabolism but bank on several days. So don't worry about pooping pill.
