With end stage syphilis what are my treatment options?

Clarify please---: "end stage" syphilis is not considered a diagnostic classification. We classify syphilitic infections based on: 1) time from 1st infection (early, late, and late-lantent) 2) syndromes (primary, secondary, tertiary), and 3) CNS effects (neurosyphilis). In all these cases, your treatment options are limited to IV penicillin (for neurosyphilis) or benzithene penicillin (all other forms)- no subs.
