Yes: You can have what's called anovulatory bleeding. Have you tried the ovulation predictor kids? I'm assuming yes. Sometimes extremes of weight, significantly being heavy, can be associated with anovulatory bleeding. Weight loss can cure this. Thyroid and pituitary could be other causes. Doctor will likely make sure no medical problems before prescribing Clomid (clomiphene) but that is an option.

Unlikely: If you are having regular monthly cycles you are most likely ovulating i suggest that you see a fertility doctor or obgyn for an evaluation. The evaluation will determine if Clomid (clomiphene) will be an effective therapy.
