I wouldn't: I would observe the kid over several days and interrupt her sleep to spread her buttochs and see if any pinworms are there.The adult female worm crawls out of the anus to lay eggs after the kid is asleep and can be spotted as small white threads. Any med strong enough to help could trigger a reaction, so i don't treat unless I have a good suspicion that the problem exists.
