is diarrhea a pregnancy symptom? if i am pregnant i would only be three weeks along, is this a symptom or just a virus?

Diarrhea: Diarrhea can be caused by so many different things. But, it being a sign of pregnancy is not one that i would consider. Some viral infections do cause diarrhea. But, so does too much stress; too much caffeine; certain foods, etc.
