Vaginal Discharge: Nope. Discharge is a way for the vagina to keep cleaning itself of oils, dead skin cells, etc. The color and consistency change with your menstrual cycle. I.E. It may be thicker or whiter with ovulation or when sexually aroused. Many times the white is a mix of vaginal fluids and semen. This discharge does not represent pregnancy.
