Unlikely but need: To be checked by your doctor , cancer of breast is rare at age of 28 , after examination your doctor will order sonogram and determine the plan of treatment , most likely you have benign fibroadenoma , get this done as zoos as possible

Possible: Of course it's possibly cancer (especially if you have a strong family history of breast cancer). Need to see your doctor for evaluation which may include mammogram and/or ultrasound and biopsy/aspiration.
