Red Scrotum: Those agents are used for fungus in the groin area. If your doctor has diagnosed fungus using a special microscopic preparation, then you could expect clearing or improvement in a few days. Lacking improvement it would be wise to seek the care and opinion of the dermatologist. Never use cortisones on the scrotum if you can avoid it.
