Infection: Just about any infection can cause chills, fever, perhaps even nausea. The infection itself could be bacterial, viral or fungal etc. Best to get evaluated by your family doc. Most likely rest & fluids should be fine but since none of us can examine & diagnose over internet (at least not using this website), you need to go see your regular doctor.
