Difficult to predict: Birth control pills are used to "trick" your body into thinking that it's pregnant. Therefore, it won't ovulate. However, for this to happen, you need to take your pills consistently as directed. The important question isn't when your period will occur but rather whether you want to get pregnant or not. If the answer is no, not pregnant, plan to take pills regularly. Otherwise, no need for pills.
