Several things: There is no one definitive symptom, but things like back pain pr "flank" pain, dysuria (painful urination), hematuria (bleeding in your urine), urgency (feeling the need to urinate), frequency (urinating often), fever possibly if the stone is causing an infection. Sometimes pain may be referred to the abdominal area. Get a good exam with testing if you think you have kidney stones. Good luck.
