Which one? Brand?: In general, they have to be at least 99% accurate in order to be sold here in the states. On the other hand, any positive test would be inaccurate in me. So be sure to use as directed at least 4 weeks after last menstrual period (better if 1wk after missed period). If you're not convinced, get blood test. In meantime, check out http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/home-pregnancy-tests/pr00100.

Depends: A blood pregnancy test is very accurate. A urine pregnancy test less. A urine pregnancy test can show a negative result when you are pregnant and very rarely a positive result when you are not . Also blood and urine tests can be both negative despite a pregnancy if the test is done too early.

Pregnancy Tests: Very accurate. But, you have to do them at a time that they will work. That means after you have missed a period and when you had a sexual encounter during your fertile days of the menstrual cycle.
