i keep vomitting up .just bile only .no smell.on empty stomach usually.if i have even water when in this mode .i will vomit that also.what could this?

Go see your doctor: If you keep vomiting bile, even after drinking just water, it's time to go see your doctor and undergo endoscopy (egd) to look for possible obstruction causing bilious emesis (vomit).

Tums would be ok: But ginger might be better. Place thin slivers of fresh organic ginger in tea pot with boiling water – steep for 5 minutes & then slowly sip.
