Reduce breast size: You can not preferentially lose fat in one area of the body. You would have to lose generalized weight and a certain amount of that would be fatty breast tissue.

Hi Dr, I have pains on my left side chest it has been 2 months now.My Dr ask me to wear a sport bra for the muscle as my breast was to heavy for it to heal.I still have the pain it comes and go and also break a lot of wind but do t feel bloated.
