A depression: As the field of psychiatry has classified the differing difficulties, there has been at least 4 successive publications by the american psychiatric association. In earlier editions the term ''dysthymia'' was used for what currently is termed ''depression''. As there is a wide range of cause(s) and treatments, an expert evaluation is in order.
