No: I am not aware of any medical studies which show long term height loss resulting from lifting weights. In the short term, if you are doing heavy weights which are loading your spine (i.e. Heavy squats), a measurement may show a tiny loss of height, but this would not be expected to last for any amount of time. I wouldn't worry about this.
