Tachycardia: What you describe could be a problem but also could be ok. You should check with your doctor for an evaluation, a physical exam alone may possibly be enough to suggest whether a problem is present.

Likely normal: The process is an exercise and does bring out chemical factors in your blood that would raise the heart rate as it would for any extra effort. You could have underlying issues that make it more a problem, but in most it would be expected.
