Sweaty hands: This is almost exclusively a stress related problem and can be treated beautifully with drysol liquid. See your dermatologist and ask them for instructions on treating it with drysol. You will not be sorry. Done correctly this is as close to a dermatologic miracle as there is.

Hyperhidrosis: Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably. People with hyperhidrosis may sweat even when the temperature is cool or when they are at rest. Treatment my include: antiperpirants, medication like robinui, iontophoresis, botox, or endoscopic thoracic sympathrctomy.

If hyperhydrosis: Surgery can be quite successful for appropriate candidates. While done often by thoracic surgeons (vats), it is chest surgery (major surgery). There are risks and benefits. Appropriate candidates should be selected. This link to consensus: http://goo.Gl/voqx5.
