A member asked:

What can i do if my blood type is o+ is that good?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: There is no 'good' or 'bad' for a normal blood type. In your case, being 'o', you can donate to almost anyone (a, b, ab, or o). As you are o+, you would not be able to donate to an a-, b-, ab-, or o- individual as that would then sensitize them to the rh (d) antigen. You can not get blood from anyone who is a, b, or ab; that might be bad in an emergency, otherwise no problem.
