How will restless legs syndrome affect other parts of my body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

RLS plus: Restless leg syndrome usually affects only the lower extremities but often, when treated with medication, the same symptoms can migrate to the upper extremities and rarely the trunk muscles. Treatment becomes more difficult when this occurs, often requiring higher doses of suppressive medication. There is no cure. But if a sleep disorder is detected, correcting that disorder may help.
