Regular BM's: Eat at least five servings of vegetables and four of fruit per day. Increase dietary fiber. Opt for whole grain when possible and avoid junk carbs. Aim for 64 ounces of water per day (more in hot environments or with exercise). Remain physically active. Some people become bound up with dairy products – if that happens to you watch dairy intake.
