Estrogen increase: It would increase her estrogen level, and if dose is high enough or frequent enough, it could alter menses and even act as a contraceptive. If the person is post menopausal, it can prevent bone loss and restore vaginal lubrication and postpone hot flashes and nite sweats. Should only be done with medical supervision and advice.

Varies : The estrogen progeterone ratio is not something anyone would check. Levels change dramatically throughout the cycle so checking this number would not be clinically useful.

How can a female increase estrogen level in the body?

By consuming: Or ingesting estrogenic compounds or medicines, and by using medicines that stimulate estrogen production. None of these things are done routinely though, because other than menopause, ovarian failure, and hypothalamic amenorrhea there are no reasons a woman needs extra estrogen.
