I assume you have ha: Had blood work , an exam, cultures and an ultrasound, if all of those are normal then u will need a laparoscope or davinci robot to look inside your pelvis and r/o conditions like endometriosis or adhesions , depending on your fertllity desires if u want no more kids u could get an endometrial abaltion in office it will get rid of bleeding and cramps, that is what i offer my coral springs, fl pts.
