Not many : Tretionin is a medication to treat moderate to severe acne. If you have been told that you need it you may want to see a doctor and talk about it because it or other options. Over the counter you can find cleanesers, acne soaps and various products to keep your skin clean but they won't have the same mechanism of action than tretionin. If you acne is mile start out by getting those otc products.
