Anovulation: It is possible that you did not ovulate with this cycle. A pelvic ultrasound during the second half of your cycle would help determine the thickness of your endometrial lining (in the cavity) of your uterus. It would also be helpful to have a blood test between days 3 to 5 of your cycle to check your fsh and lh levels (two hormones which are involved in bringing about ovulation). Do pregnancy test.
