You don't: Nuvaring, like birth control pills, helps prevent pregnancy primarily by inhibiting ovulation (preventing your ovary from releasing an egg), by tricking your body into thinking it has already done so. Therefore, you do not ovulate while using nuvaring, provided you do so correctly.
