Urinate/wash vulva: Urinating after sex/washing off with water helps prevent bladder infections. It is common to notice burning in the vagina after intercourse due to the micro tears from rubbing. Try a lubricant next time. A vaginal infection can also cause this. Abdominal pain can be caused by many things including endometriosis, constipation or pain from your uterus after an orgasm. See your doctor for some tests.
