Zero; very low: You won't get it from kissing. The risk from oral sex with the receiving partner being a woman has historically been considered zero. The risk if the recipient is a man is also very low -- studies vary, with some having no transmission in a large cohort with many acts & partners -- you're still wise to have him slip a condom on.
