Ibuprofen : And/or acetaminophen. Depending on how long ago you had surgery, you don't wan to block any and all pain masking a post surgical problem. Your ENT doctor who did surgery can guide what is usual and customary pain meds appropriate for procedure they performed. Anything beyond that, they need to become aware to address possible issues requiring further treatment.
