What works for you: There is no right or answer at this time. Some prefer a rapid taper, & this may be okay if you've been on for a short while. A gradual planned taper may be most effective if you've been taking this long term. Withdrawals will set in, but will be less intense which can be managed by "ancillary" medications prescribed by your doctor. Educate yourself about the bio-psycho-social model & spirituality.
