Hv been on epileptin for 3 months following tbi. hv put on weight, just discovered a lump in my breast and another in my armpit. cd meds hv caused them?

Phenytoin: This is far from my favorite medication, and it does have adverse effects. Does cause weight gain, and other bad reactions, but my concern involves your lumps. These require immediate assessment and likely biopsy. Risk of breast cancer needs action. Epileptin not usually associated, but consider this too. Get all of this addressed next few days.

Epileptin and breast: When anti seizure medications cause lymph nodes to swell, they generally do it in multiple areas, I am concerned that the lump you found in your breast may represent breast cancer. The lump in your arm pit may be a spread of the cancer. See your doctor and have a mammogram as soon as possible.
