What can i do too lighten my skin around dark areas due to chaffing?

Topical medication: If i understand correctly, you have eczema and when it heals you are left with darker skin in the affected areas? There are creams (tretinoin, hydroquinone) that can be used to treat what you have (called post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation) but these are by prescription.
