Neudexta: Firstly neudexta is usually started as a once a day dose and if well tolerated is taken twice a day. Sometimes the once a day is not enough to see a difference. If you are tolerating it talk to your md and see if it can be taken twice a day. I would not try to test efficacy just after two weeks.
