Possibly inner ear: I am not sure about the dehydration, but sometimes nausea can be related to inner ear problems. Blood work is not going to tell you everything. You may need to see a GI specialist, who can do an endoscopic exam. Celiac disease, gallbladder disease, inflammatory bowel disease, among others, including irritable bowel syndrome.
