A member asked:

I wanted to know when you feel a headache/migraine, does that mean your blood pressure is high?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not usually: Modest elevations of blood pressure do not provoke headaches, but very high levels can. If one does not have hypertension, migraine headaches should not significantly elevate bp.
