D/c your doctor: Viral infection ( cold, flu, hepatitis, HIV etc) , autoimmune disorder, medication can give you low lymphocyte counts. Consequencies would depend on the cause of low lymphocyte count. The low level of lymphocyte count by itself would not give you too much problems.
