See below: Soak in warm water with epsom salt, apply and antiseptic and bandaid. Try to place a pad around the blister to remove pressure from it.

Better idea: Gotta disagree with doc. With injury skin, inflammation occurs which means the area becomes red, warm, tender and with swelling. Swelling/bleeding occurs under skin layers and causes bulging creating a protective fluid cushion called blister. As it heals, fluid will be resorbed or when no longer needed, blister opens and it drains. This takes about a week. Keep it covered and protected/stay off it.

It wont happen: Try to protect the blister as much as possible, definitely don't soak it that will just make the tissues more fragile yet. Check the condition of your footwear to be sure it isn't worn and that it still fits.
