For many none: For some, this is an incidental finding that increases with age.On an imaging study but symptoms when they are present are called neurogenic claudication or pain in the legs with/without neurologixc symptoms like numbness with standing & walking relieved by sitting/bending over. As it worsens, standing/walking tolerance lessens. Occasionally, if high spine level tight, could just cause back pain.
