See below: Make sure you was the oils off your skin, clothes shoes gloves, gardening tools...Etc... Over the counter antihistamines, hydro cortisone creams, calamine lotion... All help the itching. Also heat makes the itch worse, cold compresses lessen the itch. If it is widespread, near the eyes. Or more severe see your doctor. The longer the opoison ivy oilsare in contact with the skin the worse the rash.
