Maybe...: Could either be dry skin where the skin is about to peel off, it could be a blister but there would be clear fluid coming out, or it could be your freckles. If they don't go away, or start to look abnormal, e.g. A mole grows or looks weird, see your doctor for advice. I can't really be precise on what it is unless i saw them in person.
