Any will do: It is the presence of fertile sperm near the cervix that begins the process of conception.It does not matter what position you use to get it there, including putting it in a turkey baster and squirting it inside.Regular sex would be preferred, but not absolutely necessary. It takes an average of 6 mo to do the deed, but some get there sooner or later.
