Dyspareunia : Most women experience pain with intercourse at some point in their lives. There are many causes, although the most common is lack of vaginal lubrication due to low Estradiol levels as one gets older. I recommend seeing a doctor for a physical exam to rule out other causes, but there are many over the counter remedies you can try for vaginal dryness in the mean time.

Dyspareunia: Painful sex (dyspareunia) is a fairly common complaint. Unfortunately, without a thorough history and physical exam including vaginal and possibly further work up, it's impossible to say what's causing it. 4 vaginal deliveries if uncomplicated should not be the cause. Cervical biopsy - why? What was the cause? How did it turn out?
