Pathology?: Many women will think there is a lump when they are actually feeling there cervix itself. Did your physician say there was a mass? What was the pap smear results?

Abnormal Pap: I doubt the lump is related to the abnormal pap smear. What did you have to say about the lump? Abnormal pap smear needs to be followed up on and further recommendations as far as colposcopy of repeat pap smear depending on the findings need to be made.

HARD TO TELL: Your doctor will clarify what is the meaning of abnormal and the course of action. There are different abnormals some the body will solve some will need some treatment. Just make sure you follow up with your doctor.
