?Question: Sperm is produced regularly and it last long into a mans lifetime. If a man has sex soon after another sexual act, there will most likely still be sperm in the ejaculate that could impregnate a woman. Hope this helps.

Abstinence: I'd give it a little longer: for semen analysis or sperm prep for iui, specialists recommend 2-3 days of abstinence.
