Missed periodu: You may repeat another pregnancy test in 2 weeks to completely rule it out as it may have been too early for the first one. If still negative, there is a good chance you are dealing with anovulation - absent ovulation. This may resolve on its own with the next period but may end up in profuse uncontrolled bleeding when your uterine lining starts sloughing off randomly. See doc to go over that.
