Not Necessarily: Liking darkness over lots of light is a preference many people have. Who wouldn't prefer to watch a movie in the darkness of a theater? Also sleep speialist know we sleep much better in rooms with no light. Some migraine sufferers find that darkness helps improve their migraine. As long as it isn't interfereing with your work or daily enjoyment of life, stay in the dark if you prefer! dark.
